No. We’re exclusively a monthly rehearsal studio (room) facility. Our friends at Waveform do offer rooms by the hour.
No. However, recording engineer Andrew Hernandez rents space from us and runs a recording studio called Arroyo Audio.
All of our facilities are open 24/7, with self-locking doors.
We have security cameras, outdoor lighting, and a regular presence from management. We strive to keep our studios as safe and secure as possible, and continually make security improvements.

No. The rooms are not equipped for living and it’s illegal to do so. Anyone found living in the studios will immediately be asked to vacate.
There is more than adequate parking available at all three locations.
No, smoking is not allowed in our rooms or on the premises.
Yes, all locations have air-conditioning and heat.
No. We love animals but our studios aren’t a place for them.
